4. Service Providers We Use

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers below, to the extent needed for the purpose listed, and with authorities where the law requires it.

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting): serves this website and processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages in its server logs.
• Zoho Corporation (Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM, EU data center): messages sent through the contact, technical review and landing page forms are delivered by email to info@meniva.net through Zoho Mail. The form content is not stored in a separate website database. If you subscribe through a form on our blog, your email address is stored in Zoho CRM.
• Calendly LLC (meeting booking): the booking page embeds Calendly's scheduler. What you enter there is processed by Calendly to schedule the meeting.
• Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity): website analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies (see section 5).

5. Cookies and Analytics

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity load only after you explicitly accept analytics cookies. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain disabled. You can change or revoke your choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.

Your cookie choice itself is saved in your browser's local storage so that we do not ask again on every visit. The site also keeps a few technical values in your browser (for example, whether you closed a pop-up) that are not sent to us.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary:

• Contact inquiries: up to 12 months from your last contact with us.
• Blog subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
• Client project records: for the duration of the contract plus legal retention periods.

9. International Transfers

We primarily process data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of the providers listed in section 4 (Vercel, Calendly, Google and Microsoft) are based in the United States, so data may be transferred there. These transfers rely on the safeguards the providers offer, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
